It happens all too often: You do some light renovation or some unexpected repair work that requires you to replace just a section of drywall, or your wall gets stained or scuffed in some way that requires a few coats of paint. You don’t have any paint left from the original job, but maybe you still have a record of the color and brand, or you take a sample to the store to get it color-matched. Problem solved! Unless the new paint is just a hair off the original shade. Even tiny differences in hue and sheen will show up clear as day in decent light, making your wall look mottled and slapdash. Even if you’ve bought exactly the same paint, this can happen if your wall has faded a bit over the yearsand color matching, while incredibly useful, isn’t always 100% accurate. Now you’re faced with re-painting the entire wallmaybe the entire roomto make it look uniform and consistent. Or are you? Maybe there’s another way. If your can of paint is just a shade or so off from what’s on your wall, you might be able to adjust it. Here’s how. Take mink ragdoll

Included in this sale are some very on-trend marble and tie-dye varieties, from black and white to sorbet pastels. Text your mom: she's gonna want a pair. Charlie Leanna Murphy, an interior designer and owner of The Pink Penthousea studio space in Kyle, Texasregularly paints upholstered furniture to match the rest of her rosy interior, and after some trial-and-error, found that one coat of interior latex paint works best for her. “I use latex paint because when it dries, it acts like fake leather,” she tells Lifehacker. “I’m able to wipe it clean.” In the past, Murphy has used chalk paint on upholstery, but found that it would crack. Similarly, in her experience, fabric spray paint tended to rub off. How to prep the furniture Before getting started, take off any removable cushions or pillows and vacuum everything thoroughly. Then, tape off the parts of the furniture that won’t be painted. Next, wet down the fabric (a spray bottle filled with water works well). “This helps the paint absorb into the fabric so you don’t have to do as many coats,” Murphy ragdoll paint

It was late in the day for muskrats to be out on Mill Creek, or at least the stretch that runs between a parking lot and a playground near the southern limits of the city. But there they were, two of them, one big and one small, paddling back and forth past each other like furry ships in the afternoon, seemingly unaware they were being filmed.
“They’re so cool, like little beavers,” says Maggie Carter, standing on the riverbank. She held a small camcorder and was staring at its monitor, which displayed a tight shot of the larger muskrat.

to pick them up, holding the desperate ball in front of him by the muskrat’s tail. He wrestles the prey from Boon’s jaws and presents a wad of ground meat. “Good job, Mr. Boon,” he says. Maggie Carter walks over with her camera and zoomed in on the dead muskrat, now on its back with its feet in the air.
The minkenry book did not sell well when it was released, but that didn’t bother Joseph Carter. He was working as a financial adviser at the time, and his YouTube account, which he started in 2008 to document his mink, was steadily growing. Around 2017, shortly after the birth of his first daughter, he and his wife decided he would quit his job and start working full time as the Mink Man.
Five years later, the channel serves as an amalgamation of animal-centred home videos and hunting trips. His most popular videos, which have tens of millions of views, are ones with titles such as “Mink vs Rat THUNDERDOME!!!” and “eRATication! RECORD BREAKING Pest Control Job With Dogs!” These are mixed in with videos that, for instance, document the rearing of Boon, starting from when the mink was just.

As if picking the right color weren’t overwhelming enough, there’s more to choosing an interior paint than just finding that perfect shade of blue-green. You also need to identify the best formulation for the type of room or surface you’re painting, and decide which sheen is right for the job. “Consider where you are putting the paint and what you want out of the paint job,” says Alex Sinclair, director of product information at Sherwin-Williams. If you haven’t shopped for paint recently, don’t be surprised by the jump in price. Raw materials, supply chain and transportation issues, and even the cost of metal cans have contributed to the increase. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Producer Price Index program, the price of interior paint climbed 21.2 percent in 2021 over 2020. Expect to pay $55 to $60 per gallon for a.
